How do I reset my myAquaSource password? (as a Distributor)

If you are a DISTRIBUTOR, you can reset your password by following the steps below.

Resetting your password:

1. Visit the myAquaSource website login page:

https://uk.myaquasource.net/login


2. Click the 'Forgotten password' link (highlighted above in yellow) and you will be taken to the forgotten password Recovery page.


3. Enter your account email address and click the 'Recover' link and you will be redirected to the Business hub 'Forgot password' page.

 

4. Click the 'Submit' button and a reset password email will be sent to the inbox of your email account. 

Please wait for upto 15 minutes for your reset password email to arrive and follow the instructions in the email.

If you do not get an email after 15minutes, please contact us.
