How do I reset my myAquaSource password? (as a Retail Customer)

If you are a CUSTOMER, you can reset your password by following the steps below.

Resetting your password:

1. Visit the myAquaSource website login page here:

https://uk.myaquasource.net/login 

2. Click the 'Forgotten password' link (highlighted above in yellow) and you will be taken to the forgotten password Recovery page

3. Enter your account email address and click the 'Recover' button.
A reset password email will be sent to the inbox of your email account. 

 

4. Click the link in your email and follow the onscreen instructions to set your new password.
