Why do I have a Spend Limit and can it be removed?

Issue:
On the website, your spend limit for a new distributor is in place for 7 days from CLEARED PAYMENT.
It is likely you have enrolled more than 7 days ago, but the payment for the enrolment order was less than 7 days ago.

This is in place for legal reasons to prevent overspending.

The same limit applies for any orders (over the phone etc)

 

Note:

If the payment was under 7 days, WAIT until 7 days from the payment date.

If the payment WAS over 7 days ago, please contact us.
