Card payment fails and says to contact the office
Possible Issue:
If you are paying by Card with the 'Sage Pay' option and you fail to complete the transaction with the same card 3 times, Sage Pay will send you back to the site to get you to try another option.
If this is the case, you will see a notification message similar to this:
So there is no actual limit enforced on the website itself, but Sage Pay may limit you to trying the same card too many times in one go.
Solutions:
You may close this box and try again via Sage Pay.
You can try another card with Sage Pay.
Or use another payment option if available, such as Bank Transfer.
